Get your country on! The Band Perry upcycled dress / tunic!

I've been working on some upcycled dresses/tunics,  for the upcoming summer shows. They will be here before I know it.....I still have so much sewing  to do!  I hope to have a few of them listed in my Etsy shop tomorrow!
